All the goods are delivered by us, not by various delivery services. If a title is missing or a customer complains, a complaint is submitted to the publishing house immediately and the item needed is purchased and delivered right on the date of issue. And changes in order quantity and recipient are possible even on short notice.

We assemble current daily newspapers, books, magazines, and foreign publications according to individual customer requests and pack them with the appropriate labels, envelopes, and delivery slips, separated and organized by department, cost center, and delivery site.
